The good

  • +Soft virgin PTFE with rounded, anti-snag edges
  • +Smooth, controlled glide that adapts: faster on hard pads, planted on cloth
  • +Cheap and stocked almost everywhere
  • +A clean, obvious upgrade over stock feet

The catch

  • Soft PTFE wears faster than hardened or milled sets
  • Best fitment is for Glorious mice; other shapes are hit and miss
  • Nothing standout at the speed or control extremes

AimBench insight

These are only the obvious default on an actual Glorious mouse — the cuts are shaped for Glorious shells, so on another brand a heavy hand can feel a foot sitting slightly proud; on a non-Glorious mouse, a broad-fitment set like the Hotline 3.0 Plus seats flusher.

G-Skates are Glorious's own replacement feet, and they do exactly the job most people actually need: turn scratchy stock feet into a smooth, even glide for very little money. The PTFE is soft virgin-grade with rounded edges that do not snag, and the character is controlled and surface-adaptive — quicker on a hard pad, more planted on cloth.

The convenience case

Part of what makes G-Skates a good pick is simply that they are everywhere — bundled, in stock, easy to grab alongside a mouse. For a Glorious mouse owner especially, they are the path of least resistance to a better glide. The flip side is that the best-fitting cuts are for Glorious shapes; on other mice you are better served by a brand with deeper fitment.

The honest take

There is no aim advantage hiding in here — soft PTFE or not, a skate buys you consistency and a clean glide, not wins. G-Skates clear the bar comfortably and cost almost nothing, which is all most players need. Just expect the soft compound to wear a little quicker, and replace it when the glide starts to feel uneven.

On a Glorious mouse this is the easy default. On something else, a milled set (Corepad PRO MAX) or a broad-fitment brand (Hotline 3.0 Plus) will fit better and last longer.
